Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch anytime from your billing settings. Annual plans offer up to 50% savings compared to monthly billing.

What is your refund policy?

We currently do not offer refunds on subscriptions or credit purchases. We strongly recommend reviewing plan details before purchasing. If you're unsure which plan is right for you, reach out to our team on the support page — we're happy to guide you.

I was charged unexpectedly. What should I do?

Before raising a dispute with your bank or Stripe, please contact us directly at hello@uxmagic.ai. Most billing issues are resolved quickly when you reach out to us first. Filing a dispute may temporarily suspend your account while the case is reviewed. We're here to help, just drop us a message.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Once canceled, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For enterprise or bulk credit purchases, contact us for custom billing options.

Do credits expire?

Purchased credits do not expire unless specified under a promotional offer. Free or bonus credits may have usage limits. Purchased credits have lifetime validity. Credits included as part of a subscription plan are valid only during the active billing period and expire if the plan is canceled or ends.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can purchase additional credits anytime from your dashboard.
