Charts or animations aren't rendering

Empty box where a chart should be#

Charts are drawn by a script into a canvas element. If the screen is re-rendered without re-running that script — after a reload, a version switch, or a save — the element survives but the drawing doesn't, and you get an empty box.

What to try

1. Reload the project. Often enough.
2. Ask for the chart to be rebuilt on that screen.
3. Ask for a static chart instead if it just needs to look right in a design: "Replace the chart with a static SVG version." Static charts survive every save and export, which for a design deliverable is usually what you want.

Animations don't play#

Same root cause. Designs are stored as markup, and behaviour that depends on scripts running at the right moment doesn't always survive a round trip. For anything motion-heavy, design the static frames here and implement the motion after export.

After exporting#

Exported code contains what was on the screen. If a chart was blank on the canvas, it's blank in the export. Fix it before exporting, or wire the real chart library up in your own codebase — which you'll want to do anyway once it's showing real data.

If a chart is reliably blank on a specific screen, contact support with the project link and screen name.
